About the role

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE-1) for its Amazon Development Centre India (ADCI) facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to conceive, design, and bring innovative digital products to market.
• Design and build scalable software solutions in a large distributed computing environment.
• Develop high-performance algorithms and tools to run predictions and handle data processing on distributed systems.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, or C#).

Skills

• Programming skills in languages like Java, C++, Python, or C#.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and object-oriented design patterns.
