Alcon is hiring an Infrastructure Support Apprentice in Bangalore for motivated engineering graduates. The role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn, grow, and build a career in infrastructure and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting IT infrastructure components, including servers, operating systems, storage, and basic networking.
• Perform routine operational tasks and monitoring under guidance.
• Help diagnose and resolve basic infrastructure issues.
• Maintain documentation for processes and incidents.
• Work with senior engineers and customer-facing teams to deliver support.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates can apply.
• Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of Windows/Linux, server and data center concepts, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), storage (SAN/NAS), and virtualization.
