About the role

Airbus is looking for a TD Software Test & Support Engineer to join its Customer Services team in Bangalore. The role focuses on validating and supporting the airnavX suite of technical‑data applications, ensuring functional quality and smooth deployment for airline and MRO customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and coordinate User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for airnavX and related applications.
  • Manage test data, test environments and non‑regression test scripts.
  • Log, track and follow up defects throughout test cycles.
  • Collaborate with Business Application Owners, project leads and product owners to align testing activities.
  • Support Business Application Owners in requirement analysis, feature clarification and change‑request validation.
  • Participate in meetings related to test planning, execution and release deployment.

Eligibility

  • Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech or equivalent).
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain rigorous documentation.

Skills

  • Experience with UAT and functional testing.
  • Knowledge of SGML and XML formats.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
  • Project‑management and coordination capabilities.
