About the role

Airbus India is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to oversee operational processes for hardware, software and services. Based in Bangalore, you will ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, certifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate control and inspection plans using traditional and emerging methods such as AR/VR.
  • Monitor process conformity, handle non‑conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collect, analyse and visualise performance data to detect early variations and perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Provide evidence of compliance to Programme Quality Assurance and external authorities.
  • Support supplier development, qualification and surveillance activities.
  • Assist with certification activities and liaison with ISO, IAQG, EASA and other external bodies.

Eligibility

  • Professional experience in quality assurance or related engineering functions.
  • Awareness of compliance risks and a strong commitment to integrity.

Skills

  • Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge.
  • APQP, DFMEA and other prevention methodologies.
  • Root‑cause analysis and corrective‑preventive action (CAPA) processes.
  • Data collection, analysis and visualisation (manual and automated).
  • Familiarity with ISO, IAQG, EASA standards.
  • Exposure to virtual/augmented reality tools for inspection.
