About the role

Airbus India is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead the enterprise browser ecosystem for its Digital Workplace. Based in Bangalore, you will manage browser configurations, deployments and security across Windows, macOS and ChromeOS devices, ensuring compliance with aerospace‑grade standards while delivering a smooth web experience for thousands of users.

Responsibilities

  • Tri­age and resolve browser‑related ServiceNow tickets within SLA, maintaining high CSAT scores.
  • Monitor browser stability, compatibility and legacy application support, reducing downtime.
  • Configure and enforce policies via Active Directory GPOs and Google Admin Console, handling OU inheritance and filtering.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end browser lifecycle – from rollout to retirement – across the global Airbus fleet.
  • Analyse network headers, certificates and policy conflicts to diagnose complex issues.
  • Automate repetitive deployment and configuration tasks to boost team efficiency.
