Quality Testing Associate Analyst

About the role

3M is looking for a Quality Testing Associate Analyst to join its Bangalore office. The role focuses on manual and functional testing of SAP and related applications, supporting the QA team with test case creation, execution, defect management and reporting. Fresh graduates with a technical background are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/Test Management in planning and executing tests across SAP and integrated systems.
• Design, execute and document manual, functional, regression and UAT test cases.
• Log, track, retest and close defects in Jira with detailed information.
• Use qTest for test case management and traceability.
• Prepare test status reports and metrics in Excel and coordinate with business teams.
• Escalate risks or blockers promptly following QA standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in software testing, QA, SAP testing or a related area (freshers accepted).
• Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, manual testing concepts and defect lifecycle.

Skills

• SDLC and STLC knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for test tracking and reporting.
• Manual, functional and regression testing techniques.
• Experience with Jira for defect logging and tracking.
• Familiarity with qTest for test management.
• Basic exposure to SAP modules (MM, SD, OTC, MTD) and SAP testing processes.
