About the role

3M is looking for an Associate Developer to join its Data & Analytics Platform Engineering team in Bangalore. You will design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models on AWS and Databricks, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using PySpark and AWS Lake services.
  • Create, test, and support data models in S3 with Spark SQL.
  • Build ingestion frameworks in Databricks and manage platform engineering tasks.
  • Produce functional and technical design documents, data lineage, and metadata artifacts.
  • Stay updated on best practices for AWS, Databricks, Lakehouse, and related technologies.

Eligibility
