About the role

Zeta is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join its core Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) team in Bangalore as an Intern.

Responsibilities

• Partnering directly with the senior L&OD team on major capability, workplace learning, diversity & inclusion (DEIB), and AI-driven skill transformation initiatives.
• Coordinating daily training pipelines, scheduling operations, tracking attendance, maintaining resource databases, and updating program trackers.
• Analyzing post-program feedback, compiling data sets, and synthesizing key performance feedback metrics to recommend program upgrades.
• Conducting qualitative research on evolving corporate workplace learning models, industry standards, and generative AI utilization to write “point-of-view” documents.
• Drafting internal engagement campaigns, visual presentations, learning newsletters, intranet blogs, and educational resources.

Eligibility

• Actively pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree (MBA, MA, or equivalent postgraduate degree) in Human Resources (HR), Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or closely related domains.
• Strong hands-on command over the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior exposure to graphic design/presentation tools like Canva or equivalent media tools is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong interpersonal skills, a structured research mindset, and sharp problem-solving skills.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering quality work in high-speed, dynamic settings.
• Familiarity with and willingness to leverage productivity-enhancing AI tools to scale research and program delivery.
