About the role

Zendesk is looking for a Software Engineer I to enhance its Agent Workspace UI. Based in Pune, the role focuses on building modern, high‑performance frontend features using React, Redux, TypeScript and GraphQL while collaborating with product, design and backend teams.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable UI components and pages with React, Redux and TypeScript.
Integrate GraphQL APIs and ensure smooth data flow in the frontend.
Write clean, well‑tested code and contribute to unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming and design discussions.
Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness and accessibility.

Eligibility

Candidates must be physically located in Karnataka or Maharashtra and be able to work from the Pune office.
Strong communication skills to convey technical ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Skills
