Junior Software Developer (L1 – The Builder)

About the role

Wonder Worth Solutions is looking for a fresh engineering graduate to join its Vellore office as a Junior Software Developer. You will work on end‑to‑end web applications using the MERN stack, handling everything from UI creation to API development, testing, deployment and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components with React.js based on product specifications.
• Build server‑side APIs and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate frontend and backend layers, ensuring data flows correctly between them.
• Write unit tests and maintain a test suite that meets a 95% pass‑rate target.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist with smooth release cycles.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues within SLA limits.

Eligibility

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on development experience (or equivalent project work).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.

Skills

• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs and database integration.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
