About the role

Vodafone is seeking an Apprentice (Business Analytics & Governance Trainee) to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves supporting the preparation, development, and maintenance of dynamic business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboards: Support the preparation, development, and maintenance of dynamic business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and Power BI.
• Data Automation: Contribute to improving and automating operational reporting processes utilizing Python, Power Query, and other relevant analytics tools.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform systematic data quality checks, assist in data collection, and maintain clear documentation of data definitions and reporting logic.
• Governance & Compliance: Support governance-related activities by acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for selected processes under senior guidance.
• Project Coordination: Track action items, timelines, and stakeholder inputs, preparing essential documentation and status updates to enable structured ways of working.

Eligibility

• Candidates must hold a full-time B.E, B.Tech, or B.Com degree.
• At least 1 year of professional experience specifically in financial reporting and analysis.
• High technical competency in leveraging Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, and Power Query for data manipulation.
