About the role

Visa is hiring for the position of Analyst in Bangalore. The role involves analyzing revenue performance, market share, portfolio performance, yield, seller productivity, and other commercial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue growth opportunities across CEMEA markets.
• Identify portfolio performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Analyze market share movements and portfolio yield.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial and seller productivity.
• Conduct analysis across markets, clients, portfolios, and deal performance.
• Transform large and complex datasets into structured, business-ready insights.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
• Relevant experience in BFSI, consulting, sales operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial analytics is advantageous.

Skills

• Ability to work with large and alternative datasets, identify patterns, and generate data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Power BI Copilot.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI-assisted problem-solving skills.
• Analytics Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
• Business Analytics: Ability to convert data into meaningful commercial insights.
