Senior Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a senior‑level engineer to lead the development of its TeamViewer ONE platform. You will own full‑stack features, drive architectural decisions, and mentor a growing team while delivering a secure, high‑performance SaaS experience for small and medium businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new UI components and services for TeamViewer ONE using React, TypeScript and modern web tooling.
• Collaborate with front‑end, back‑end and QA engineers to create performant, cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployments on Kubernetes and ensure smooth production releases.
• Define and consume RESTful APIs following architectural guidelines.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, providing code reviews and technical coaching.
• Monitor system health, security and scalability, proposing improvements as needed.

Eligibility

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 9 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong command of React, Redux, Webpack and modern front‑end practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and Cypress for UI testing.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
