About the role

Tata Motors is hiring Graduate Apprentice Trainees at Pune and Sanand under the NATS scheme, with a monthly stipend of INR 25,000.

Responsibilities

• Gather knowledge and develop skills across Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality and Manufacturing Planning.
• Build on academic technical knowledge through exposure to real industrial work.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing planning processes, production supervision, maintenance activity, part procurement and quality management systems.
• Develop understanding and implementation skills of structured problem solving.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional teams and ways of working.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics (EEE), Civil or Electronics Engineering.
• Batch Year: 2024 and 2025 graduating batches only (freshers only).
• Academic Performance: 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering, with no backlog/ATKT.
