Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

Zoca is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of its core product interfaces. You will craft responsive, high‑performance UI components using React and TypeScript, shape the design system, and ensure accessibility across web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core product surfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Prototype new features directly in code and iterate quickly.
• Develop and evolve a cohesive design system, handling typography, motion, and UI details.
• Manage edge‑case states such as loading, empty, error, and offline scenarios.
• Prioritize accessibility and performance as integral parts of the development process.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and founders to deliver polished experiences.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and core browser fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of browser mechanics and rendering pipelines.
• Demonstrated portfolio of production‑grade frontend work with a keen eye for design.
• Ability to work on‑site and communicate effectively within a fast‑moving team.
