About the role

Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant for Learning and Development in its Bangalore fulfillment centre. The role supports daily operations, allocates labour, tracks attendance, trains associates, ensures SOP compliance and contributes to safety and productivity initiatives. Candidates work any shift and collaborate with area managers and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily department duties, allocate labour and assign tasks.
  • Lead briefings and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
  • Provide coverage for Area Managers and follow up on policies.
  • Track and report attendance, labour hours and associate performance.
  • Train associates, verify SOP compliance and update SOPs as needed.
  • Participate in operational excellence and safety initiatives, identifying hazards and maintaining a clean work area.

Eligibility

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work any shift in a fulfillment centre.
  • Preferred: experience with Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance.
  • Basic safety awareness and hazard identification.
  • Ability to coach and train warehouse associates.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
