Junior Engineer – IT Operations & Infrastructure

Tata Communications is hiring for the Junior Engineer – IT Operations & Infrastructure position at its regional hub in Pune. This role is a prime opportunity for enthusiastic Junior Microsoft 365 (O365) Engineers and Administrators to support, troubleshoot, and maintain next-generation digital workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on administration and direct user troubleshooting for the full Microsoft 365 (O365) suite.
• Proactively monitor service health dashboards to ensure 100% uptime of critical collaboration tools.
• Manage incoming service tickets, handle user requests, and ensure timely issue resolutions.
• Enforce basic security protocols and compliance measures within the O365 tenant.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, update incident logs, and generate necessary knowledge-base articles and reports.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise deployment.
• Experience dealing with incident handling, ticketing systems, and basic IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, highly organized, and capable of generating detailed reports and documentation.
