About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Target India, you will play a pivotal role in a global team dedicated to supporting, enhancing, and evolving the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform and its broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust integration patterns to ensure scalability and optimal performance across enterprise systems.
• Support enterprise-wide timekeeping and scheduling requirements, enabling insightful forecasting and ensuring compliance with workforce policies.
• Leverage open-source technologies to make informed engineering decisions, adhering to enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend platform capabilities and improve workforce operations and user experience.

Eligibility

• A 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Proficiency in building user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
