Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Learning and working alongside engineers to design innovative retail solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Using technical acumen to provide input on new technologies and assist in the design and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Deliverables: Delivering high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables under guidance.
• Operational Excellence: Participating in automation, debugging, and implementation activities to meet best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Resolving frequently encountered technical issues and monitoring systems capacity.
• Innovation: Contributing to Target’s Intellectual Property by developing new retail ideas and algorithms.

Eligibility

• Educational Background: Pursuing or completed an Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit Branches.
• Academic Record: CGPA or Aggregate as prescribed with no active backlogs.
• Mandatory Traits: Passion for learning new tools & technologies, Team player mindset with a “can-do” attitude, Ability to follow through with ideas and deliver on commitments.
