UI UX Design Intern

Tarento Technologies is hiring a UI UX Design Intern for their Bangalore office.

About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity for students from design, BFA, B.Des, NIFT, and NID backgrounds to gain hands-on experience working on real product design challenges alongside experienced UX professionals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end product design work — from understanding user problems and mapping flows to designing interfaces that are both functional and visually considered
• Think through design decisions in context — who the user is, what they are trying to do, and how the interface supports or hinders that
• Create visual assets and graphic design elements aligned with brand and design system guidelines
• Participate in design reviews and critique sessions, contributing your perspective and receiving structured feedback

Eligibility

• Students currently enrolled in or recently graduated from B.Des, BFA, B.FTech, or equivalent design programs
• Batch 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduating batches are eligible
• A design portfolio or academic project work demonstrating the ability to think through a problem, not just style a screen

Skills

• Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of UX principles — layout, hierarchy, user flows, and usability
• Graphic design sensibility — typography, colour, and visual composition
