Simulation Automation Apprenticeship

About the role

Synopsys is hiring for its Simulation Automation Apprenticeship at Bengaluru – a 12-month, full-time, in-office programme for fresh B.E/B.Tech graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement productivity enhancement utilities to support the Mixed-Signal Verification team.
• Automate simulation-related project support activities to streamline verification flows.
• Address bottlenecks in simulation techniques by creating and optimizing scripts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement and apply innovative solutions.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or related fields (Fresh graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025 only).
• Not currently enrolled in or have completed any M.Tech program or postgraduate diploma.
• Not employed in any full-time role at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).

Skills

• Strong programming skills in at least one of Python or C/C++, with the ability to create and understand scripts for automating work tasks.
• Graduate-level understanding of basic circuits and transistor operation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
