About the role

Sutherland is hiring fresh graduates for its New Campus Associates program (FY'26). The role is a full‑time consultant position in a contact‑center environment, handling customer queries through phone, email, chat or social media across its Indian offices.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer requests and inquiries via multiple channels.
Meet defined contact‑center metrics and service‑level agreements.
Follow data‑security and confidentiality policies.
Complete mandatory up‑skilling courses and coaching sessions.
Maintain 100% schedule adherence and contribute to reducing program shrinkage.

Eligibility

Any full‑time UG/PG graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA) passing in 2026.
Residence within 25 km of one of the office locations.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Skills

Strong analytical ability.Good typing speed.Flexibility to work night shifts.
