About the role
State Street is hiring a Project Management Apprentice in Hyderabad. The position is a full‑time, entry‑level role for recent B.Tech or MBA graduates, offering a stipend of ₹4–6 LPA. You will assist senior project and program managers in planning, tracking, and governing technology and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day coordination and administration of projects.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, milestones, dependencies and key deliverables.
- Assist with RAID management and preparation of status reports, dashboards and updates.
- Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, capture notes and follow up on actions.
- Help with financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts and actuals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support governance activities.
Eligibility
- Graduates of B.Tech or MBA programmes (2025 or 2026 batch).
- No prior work experience required; freshers welcome.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and communication abilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn project‑management tools.
