About the role

HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates for a Campus Beginner position in Lucknow. The role serves as the PMO single point of contact, monitoring project activities, handling finance analysis, and supporting internal audits. It offers a starting salary of ₹4 LPA and is open to the 2025‑2026 batches.

Responsibilities

Track and control project management tasks with global and operations managers.
Act as the central hub for the delivery team, serving as the PMO SPOC.
Perform finance analysis covering budgeting, billing, revenue and inventory control.
Initiate and execute at least two new projects within the first year.
Collaborate with delivery, procurement, commercial and finance teams.
Organise stakeholder meetings and report weekly progress.

Eligibility

Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
Freshers with no prior work experience required.

Skills

Advanced Excel proficiency.
Understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and ability to interpret contracts.
Basic knowledge of international trade practices.
Strong written communication and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with payment terms, modes and service level agreements.
