About the role

The 12‑month Apprenticeship with S&P Global’s Middle Office team in Gurgaon offers fresh graduates a chance to work on loan trade settlement, interact with portfolio managers, custodians and agent banks, and develop analytical and reporting skills while operating on a permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

Manage trade settlement client relationships and ensure timely loan settlement services.
Prepare and deliver reports, metrics and ad‑hoc analyses for internal management and client requests.
Collaborate with team members to meet strict deadlines and service targets.
Gain exposure to the syndicated loan industry, including primary and secondary market dynamics.

Eligibility

Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch with a B.Com, BBA or B.A in Economics (finance major preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Willingness to work the permanent night shift.

Skills

Data analysis and reporting.

Understanding of loan syndication and primary/secondary markets.
