About the role

The 12‑month Apprenticeship with S&P Global’s Middle Office team in Gurgaon offers fresh graduates a chance to work on loan trade settlement, interact with portfolio managers, custodians and agent banks, and develop analytical and reporting skills while operating on a permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade settlement client relationships and ensure timely loan settlement services.
• Prepare and deliver reports, metrics and ad‑hoc analyses for internal management and client requests.
• Collaborate with team members to meet strict deadlines and service targets.
• Gain exposure to the syndicated loan industry, including primary and secondary market dynamics.

Eligibility

• Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch with a B.Com, BBA or B.A in Economics (finance major preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work the permanent night shift.
