About the role

Spektra Systems is looking for a trainee who will use AI coding agents to build and ship features for its B2B SaaS portfolio. The position is remote across India and is open to freshers and early‑career candidates with up to one year of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate small requirements into clear, agent‑ready specifications with acceptance criteria.
  • Guide AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot) to generate code for .NET APIs, Angular, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python and SQL Server.
  • Review generated output, run tests, and create pull requests for senior engineers to review.
  • Write unit, integration and Playwright end‑to‑end tests and help improve test coverage.
  • Update marketing pages using Astro/Next.js, Tailwind and maintain design consistency.
  • Deploy builds through Azure CI/CD pipelines and assist in post‑release issue resolution.
