About the role

Solverminds is looking for a full‑time Software Engineer to join its Chennai development team. The role focuses on building and enhancing modern Angular applications, ensuring responsive design, performance optimisation, and seamless integration with backend services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Angular (v12+) web applications.
Create responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and either Bootstrap or Tailwind.
Work with RxJS, Observables and both reactive and template‑driven Angular forms.
Improve app performance through lazy loading, code splitting and module bundling.
Consume RESTful APIs via Angular HttpClient and manage state with NgRx, Akita or similar libraries.
Write unit tests with Jasmine/Karma and end‑to‑end tests using Protractor or Cypress.
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers and DevOps for smooth delivery.

Eligibility

At least 1 year of professional experience in software development.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and modern UI frameworks.
Experience with RxJS, Angular Forms and state‑management tools.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration.
Competence in version control (Git) and CI/CD basics.
Ability to write unit and e2e tests using Jasmine, Karma, Protractor or Cypress.
