About the role

SLB Internship 2026 is now open! SLB (formerly Schlumberger) is hiring a Student Intern for its Digital Technology & Research team at Pune.

Responsibilities

• Training Content Development: Design and develop training materials such as Quick Reference Guides, Web Based Trainings, videos and in-application help using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP).
• Training Delivery: Conduct Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for users and site trainers.
• Deployment Activities: Support planning and execution of Digital & ERP application deployments, including timelines and risk management.
• Change Management: Support change management plans, assess change impact and drive user adoption.
• User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve training issues and gather feedback for improvement.

Eligibility

• Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Finance, Supply Chain or HR.
• Batch Year: 2025 and 2026 students/graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, service and result focus, creative thinking, initiative and accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Python, DAP tools (WalkMe or WhatFix) and SAP certifications.
