Schneider Electric is hiring fresh graduates for a Data Analyst I position in Gurgaon. The role centers on invoice management, data analysis, and contract administration, requiring strong Excel skills and attention to detail while supporting a global billing team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze invoices and billing data to spot errors and discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers via phone or email to resolve billing issues.
• Perform invoice audits using Excel and internal tools.
• Prepare and update reports based on audit findings.
• Build Excel‑based calculations derived from customer contracts.
• Support contract administration activities and maintain data quality.

Eligibility

• Freshers or junior candidates are welcome.
• University or college degree required; finance, economics or mathematics preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and attention‑to‑detail skills.
