Associate Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our Chennai team as Associate Software Engineers. You will work alongside high‑performing product groups, applying your knowledge of AI, cloud, data analytics and automation to real‑world business challenges while gaining hands‑on experience in modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, automating and analysing digital transformation projects across AI, data visualisation, cloud and application development.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose technology‑driven solutions.
• Participate in hackathons, workshops and innovation challenges to showcase creative problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams, communicating technical ideas clearly.
• Apply logical reasoning to resolve operational and technical issues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.
• Graduation batch year 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, JavaScript and C#.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts and software development life‑cycle.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases, operating systems, networking and basic cloud concepts.
• Experience with data analytics, cloud computing and generative AI tools.
