Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team building cutting-edge AI agent interfaces. You will architect and deliver production-grade web applications using Next, React, and TypeScript in a modern monorepo architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable frontend systems using Next, React, and TypeScript in a Turborepo monorepo
• Design and maintain shared component libraries using shadcn/ui patterns and Radix UI primitives
• Build sophisticated AI agent interfaces including conversational UIs
• Optimize for performance: Core Web Vitals, bundle size, runtime performance, and perceived speed
• Implement responsive, accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices
• Integrate with backend services handling real-time data, streaming responses, and state synchronization

Eligibility

• 3+ years frontend experience, expert React (including Server Components, Actions), production Next.js App Router experience
• Deep expertise with advanced types, generics, conditional types, strict mode in TypeScript
• Advanced experience with Jotai atoms, TanStack Query for server state/caching, React Hook Form + Zod
• Hands-on experience with Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or similar
• Experience building design systems with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar headless libraries
• Proven track record optimizing bundle size, render performance, Core Web Vitals
