About the role
The Associate Operations role sits within S&P Global's Customer Excellence team, focusing on third‑party risk management and KYC service onboarding. You will collaborate with product, solutions and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end implementations for global financial institutions, while gaining exposure to large‑scale projects and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage large‑scale project implementations, ensuring client‑centric service and customization.
- Execute KYC onboarding, remediation, risk assessments and client outreach.
- Screen and disposition alerts using tools such as Quantified, Accuity, World Check and Lexis Nexis.
- Interpret and extract information from various entity agreements and public domain sources.
- Analyze complex entity structures across global jurisdictions.
- Identify and drive process improvements, supporting technology initiatives.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards while escalating key risks to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of client data and adhere to compliance policies.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Communicate effectively across teams and adapt to flexible shift schedules covering UK and US markets.
- Transition into a Quality Assurance role within six months of joining.
Eligibility
- 0‑1 years of experience in corporate KYC and AML compliance, or fresh graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of governance frameworks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with UK/US operations.
