Software Developer

About the role

Rupstech is hiring fresh graduates as Software Developers to build and maintain end‑to‑end applications. You will work on both backend and frontend technologies, integrate APIs, and contribute to AI‑enabled features while following modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and sustain scalable applications using Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Implement RESTful services and integrate them with micro‑service architectures.
• Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, ensuring performance and security.
• Containerise applications with Docker and assist in deployments on Kubernetes.
• Utilise cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for basic infrastructure tasks.
• Maintain code quality with Git/GitHub, participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to AI/automation projects.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to clear a basic coding assessment.
• Willingness to work on AI and automation initiatives.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java, Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Node.js or Django.
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, React or Angular.
• Database handling with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Version control using Git/GitHub.
• Containerisation with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD concepts.
