Product Intern

About the role

Rapido is hiring a Product Intern for its Captain Team in Bangalore. The six‑month, full‑time internship starts immediately and is based on‑site. Interns will work directly with Rapido’s drivers (Captains), blend user research with data insights, and help design and ship product solutions that improve driver earnings, onboarding and overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face interviews with Captains to uncover real‑world pain points.
• Analyse qualitative feedback and quantitative data to surface product opportunities.
• Define problems, prototype solutions and drive them through to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Design and Operations teams to align on goals and deliver outcomes.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted tools for research summarisation, prototyping and documentation.
• Manage stakeholders, present findings and keep cross‑functional partners informed.

Eligibility

• No specific degree or branch requirement; any graduate can apply.
• Strong problem‑solving, structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with drivers, possibly in local languages.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bangalore for six months and start immediately.
