Senior Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

Radiant is looking for a senior frontend engineer to lead the design and implementation of the user‑facing layer for its real‑time telemetry and fleet‑monitoring platform that supports portable nuclear microreactors. The role is onsite in El Segundo, California and requires deep expertise in modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Implement responsive UI components with HTML5 and CSS3 while ensuring performance for high‑frequency data streams.
• Collaborate with backend and hardware teams to integrate telemetry APIs and visualise real‑time data.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous‑integration pipelines for frontend builds.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, California.
