About the role

Qualitest Group, the world’s largest pure-play AI-powered quality engineering company, is hiring for the role of Service Desk Engineer (Level A2) at its Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, and meeting room equipment for Qualitest employees.
Manage OS images, software installations, patches, and upgrades for Windows-based workstations.
Configure and resolve issues with DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and other basic network services.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are eligible.

Skills

Good understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, OS installations, and remote support tools.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticket-driven environments will be a strong advantage.
