About the role

Qualitest Group, the world’s largest pure-play AI-powered quality engineering company, is hiring for the role of Service Desk Engineer (Level A2) at its Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, and meeting room equipment for Qualitest employees.
  • Manage OS images, software installations, patches, and upgrades for Windows-based workstations.
  • Configure and resolve issues with DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and other basic network services.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are eligible.

Skills

  • Good understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, OS installations, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticket-driven environments will be a strong advantage.
