About the role

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Python‑focused technology manager to design and deliver GenAI‑enabled services for enterprise clients. You will lead the creation of scalable agentic workflows, build reusable data pipelines, and ensure secure, high‑performance APIs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for production‑grade GenAI solutions.
• Develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and traceability of AI agents, including performance monitoring with LangSmith.
• Deploy Python‑based services on AWS, managing CI/CD pipelines via Bitbucket and Git.
• Design secure API interfaces employing JWT, OAuth, and RBAC for client data protection.
• Apply NLP, LLM, and vector‑store techniques to create context‑aware intelligent applications.

Eligibility

• Strong foundation in Python (OOP, data structures, error handling).
• Hands‑on experience with Pandas, NumPy, PySpark or Dask.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel for agent orchestration.
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI for building APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and schema design.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI/CD tooling.
