About the role

Premier Research seeks a Database Developer specialized in Rave EDC to design, build, and maintain clinical databases for biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma projects. The position is remote, with occasional visits to the Bangalore office, and requires at least four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Create electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and data entry screens aligned with study protocols.
Design, develop, and test clinical databases following Premier Research SOPs.
Program field derivations, edit checks, and screen flows within the CDMS.
Collaborate with data‑management teams, statisticians, project managers and sponsors to define data‑management plans.
Write validation, extraction scripts and produce comprehensive database documentation.
Perform system testing, quality‑control activities and support global CDMS libraries.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum four years of hands‑on clinical database development.
Experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
Familiarity with ICH, GCP, FDA, EU directives and ISO 14155 regulations.
Fluent in English and local language(s) required for trial submissions.

Skills

Rave EDC platform expertise.
Strong understanding of clinical database design and SOPs.
Knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA guidance, EU directives and ISO 14155.
Proficiency in creating eCRFs, edit checks, and data extraction programs.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
