Frontend Engineer (Latin America)

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer for the LATAM region, you will create mobile‑first, responsive user interfaces that serve millions of daily users. The product is built with Vue.js on a modern, clean architecture, and you will be expected to either already know Vue or quickly pick it up using your experience with similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile‑first front‑ends using Vue.js and related tooling.
• Ensure high performance and smooth user experience across devices.
• Build UI components for internal management systems.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain architectural standards.
• Take part in agile ceremonies such as planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.

Eligibility

• At least 4 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Proficiency with Vue.js or comparable frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Git, ES6, Webpack, and CSS preprocessors (Less or Sass).
• Experience with state‑management libraries such as Vuex or Redux.
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Bonus: familiarity with backend technologies like Java or Spring Boot.
