Philips Internship 2026 is now open! Philips, a global leader in health technology, is actively hiring interns for its Healthcare Innovation Center (HIC) in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development: Assist in designing, prototyping, and testing components or subsystems for Philips healthcare products under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Engineering Analysis: Perform simulations, stress analyses, or electrical/electronic circuit evaluations to validate design concepts against safety and performance standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside software, quality, and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components in medical devices.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate engineering records, test reports, and design documents in line with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, IEC 60601) relevant to medical equipment.
• Problem Solving: Identify root causes of design or manufacturing issues and propose data-driven corrective solutions in a timely manner.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing BTech or MTech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC), Design Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Must be from a Philips-designated / partner institute.
• Batch Year: 2025 or 2026 graduating batch.
• Consistent academic record – no active backlogs preferred.

Skills

• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD), electrical circuit design, MATLAB, or project management methodologies depending on your branch.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas in English – both written and verbal – as the role involves collaborating with international teams.
