Program Management Specialist

About the role

Pearson is seeking a fresh graduate to support its Technology Source-to-Pay (S2P) function in Bangalore. The role involves analysing procurement data, tracking supplier performance, preparing governance reports and assisting with purchase requisition and invoice validation to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor Tech Source-to-Pay activities, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Track procurement, supplier, service and project metrics, and raise risks or issues as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating issue resolution and governance meetings.
• Support purchase requisition processing, invoice validation, and compliance with procurement controls.
• Maintain data on statements of work, investments, invoices and related documents.
• Produce dashboards, reports and governance packs for decision‑makers.
• Contribute to documentation, standards and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead assigned continuous‑improvement projects under management guidance.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Any graduate degree (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, MCA, etc.) accepted.
• No prior work experience required.
