About the role
Paytm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support non‑technical hiring across its business, sales, operations and corporate functions. The role is based on‑site in India and offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pipeline management within a fast‑growing fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, campus databases and internal tools.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone assessments to gauge fit and communication skills.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and manage logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Perform basic market research to aid recruiter search strategies for non‑tech profiles.
- Utilise AI‑enabled sourcing and communication tools to improve hiring efficiency.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High learning agility and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
- Candidate sourcing and screening.

- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Basic familiarity with ATS platforms.
