About the role

Ciena is seeking a Global PMO Systems Support Analyst to work remotely from India. The analyst will back enterprise applications used by the worldwide project‑management community, handling tickets, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions to keep business processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve support tickets across platforms such as Salesforce, Kantata and Freshdesk.
Investigate application problems, reproduce issues and propose fixes.
Communicate with end‑users to gather details, provide status updates and close tickets.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex cases.
Maintain and update knowledge‑base articles and process documentation.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Recent graduate or up to three years of relevant professional experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organise multiple requests and pay attention to detail.

Skills

Analytical thinking and systematic problem‑solving.
Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Organisational skills to manage ticket queues and documentation.
