About the role

P&G is seeking a Modeling & Simulation Machine Learning Engineer to apply advanced modeling, simulation and AI techniques to optimise high‑speed manufacturing processes and create digital twins for virtual qualification and real‑time optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop surrogate models using finite element analysis, CFD and production system modelling combined with machine‑learning algorithms.
  • Analyse large engineering data sets to extract actionable insights and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional R&D scientists and engineers to integrate ML solutions into manufacturing workflows.
  • Evaluate build‑vs‑buy options for simulation tools and lead technical due‑diligence.
  • Communicate findings to engineering teams, translating complex data into clear recommendations.

Eligibility

  • Master’s or PhD in an engineering discipline, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics or a related quantitative field.
