About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an AI/ML Specialist who will translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions, build and validate predictive models, and deploy them as production code. The role blends statistics, software engineering, and domain knowledge to create lasting value for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business objectives and convert them into well‑defined data problems.
  • Collect, explore, and prepare data for modeling.
  • Design, train, and evaluate statistical or machine‑learning models.
  • Deploy models as reusable code within applications and monitor their performance.
  • Develop and enforce data‑management standards, ensuring security, privacy, and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑centric improvements in processes.
