About the role

Oracle is hiring fresh graduates for a Business Analyst position in Bengaluru. The role focuses on customer entitlement analysis, license migration support, and cross‑functional collaboration, offering exposure to Oracle’s licensing processes and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Research and validate customer licensing data using internal tools such as Asset Report, PeopleSoft (HAT) and ROSIE.
  • Assist in migrating customer licenses accurately and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Pricing and Data Migration teams to resolve entitlement discrepancies.
  • Manage request queues, allocate work based on priorities and resource capacity.
  • Track request volumes, identify trends and provide operational insights.
  • Suggest and help implement process simplifications and automation opportunities.

Eligibility

  • Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
  • No prior work experience required.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail when handling licensing information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
