Business Analyst (Doxis) – German Language Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in the Doxis platform who will provide day‑to‑day operational support in German for our SG Global Solution Centre in Bangalore. The role involves handling master data, managing communications, and maintaining various support tools while collaborating with the team in a contract capacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain activity logs and handle master‑data communications in German.
• Draft and update German‑language documentation and alerts on Confluence.
• Participate in daily German‑conducted team meetings.
• Configure Outlook for email categorisation and team information sharing.
• Administer the DoxSD Jira board and the Remedy (MVT, HD) board, liaising with customers and the hotline in German.
• Manage Doxis user authorisations, including onboarding, temporary access, exits and category assignments.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance for error resolution via email, Teams, Jira and Remedy.
• Assist the Doxis team with special requests such as customer file creation, GDPR handling and act combination.

Eligibility

• Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch (any discipline).
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bangalore.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
