About the role

Oracle is looking for an Accounting Support A1‑Fin professional in Bengaluru to handle data entry, record verification and policy validation across hardware, license, cloud and support renewal processes. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who can adapt quickly, work in shifts and contribute to high‑quality financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate data related to hardware, license, cloud and support renewals, ensuring alignment with desk manuals and policies.
• Identify and resolve non‑compliant requests by coordinating with stakeholders such as CDM, IB, Collection and AR teams.
• Maintain compliance with SOX and internal/external audit requirements.
• Continuously improve technical and process knowledge through assessment programs and updates.
• Achieve defined KPIs for input quality, output quality, efficiency and turnaround time.
• Demonstrate customer centricity by delivering timely and trustworthy resolutions.

Eligibility

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree (any discipline) with 0‑2 years of experience.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with data entry and record verification.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and policy validation.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments (change agility).
