SW Engineer

About the role

The Software Engineer will design and implement code for NXP's semiconductor products, establishing coding standards at block, sub‑system, or system level. The role follows NXP’s internal processes, including code reviews and traceability, and supports integration, testing, and validation across development phases.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce coding requirements for hardware blocks and subsystems.
• Write and maintain C/C++ code adhering to NXP standards and conduct code reviews.
• Track development progress using a traceability matrix.
• Assist with code integration, system testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with teams using Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduate (0‑0 years of experience).
• Batch years 2025 or 2026.
• Degree in Engineering, Technology or related fields (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).
