Nutanix is hiring a Member Of Technical Staff - 4 (UI Developer) to take on a senior role within the Prism UI team. The team is responsible for the 'Day 0' experience and the core interface of the Nutanix platform, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture.

About the role

As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS-4), you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class user experiences for enterprise-quality products, ensuring they are modular, accessible, and highly scalable. This role requires a balance of high-level technical design and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resilient, long-lasting code for complex customer-facing products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including UX designers and backend developers to define intuitive functionality.
• Participate in technology selection processes and define ongoing engineering standards.
• Maintain high quality through performance profiling and strict adherence to security best practices.

Eligibility

• 6 to 10 years of experience in a product development environment.
• Strong fundamentals in programming and the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with browser storage, databases, and optimization techniques.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on aesthetics and user-centric design.
